Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee licenses McDonald’s logos and food products but maintains full responsibility for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This distinction ensures that employment decisions and policies specific to this restaurant are handled solely by the franchisee.

The position offered is General Manager at this McDonald’s restaurant, which presents an exciting career path for motivated individuals who are passionate about leadership and hospitality.
