The franchisee licenses McDonald’s logos and food products but maintains full responsibility for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This distinction ensures that employment decisions and policies specific to this restaurant are handled solely by the franchisee.
