HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, previously known as Central Florida Regional Hospital, is a 221-bed acute care hospital that has been serving the healthcare needs of Seminole and West Volusia counties since 1982. It provides a comprehensive range of medical specialties and surgeries including the only full-service cardiovascular program in the area, orthopedic and spine care, and advanced robotic surgery. Sodexo partners with HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital to deliver exceptional food and guest services that contribute to an overall positive patient and visitor experience.

In this role, the General Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale food operations within a complex, multi-retail environment that demands high volume and rapid pace.
