Sodexo is currently seeking a highly energetic General Manager 4 - Food to join its team at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, located in the vibrant Orlando, Florida region.

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, previously known as Central Florida Regional Hospital, is a 221-bed acute care hospital that has been serving the healthcare needs of Seminole and West Volusia counties since 1982. It provides a comprehensive range of medical specialties and surgeries including the only full-service cardiovascular program in the area, orthopedic and spine care, and advanced robotic surgery. Sodexo partners with HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital to deliver exceptional food and guest services that contribute to an overall positive patient and visitor experience.

In this role, the General Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale food operations within a complex, multi-retail environment that demands high volume and rapid pace. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional client service mentality, strong executive presence, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. They will be expected to foster a safe and clean environment, work closely with infectious control departments, manage operational systems, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include driving client and patient satisfaction scores, supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce, and meeting company and client financial goals. The General Manager will bring strong financial acumen, proven leadership skills, and the ability to engage and motivate a team in a complex healthcare environment.

Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years management experience
  • minimum 5 years functional experience
