The Colleges of the Fenway Dining program, located in Boston, Massachusetts, represents a consortium of three highly respected institutions: Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt), Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS), and Wentworth Institute of Technology (WIT). This vibrant dining operation includes multiple venues such as a bustling food court with meal exchange options, a licensed Starbucks, a campus convenience store, a smoothie bar, and a proprietary food mart branded by Sodexo. The dining services are designed to cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of the campus populations, ensuring safety, excellence, and sustainability in every aspect. The General Manager role within this dynamic campus dining program is integral to Sodexo’s continued success and commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences. As the General Manager, you will lead, manage, and oversee the operational and strategic functions of the dining services across the MassArt and MCPHS campuses. This includes ensuring financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, alongside maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and service consistency. You will champion a culture of excellence, safety, and client satisfaction while fostering strong relationships with campus partners and Sodexo’s internal teams.

Your leadership will play a crucial role in guiding a diverse team, including union staff, to achieve operational goals in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment. You will engage actively with students to enhance their dining experience through innovative service offerings and continuously evolve the program to meet their changing expectations. Additionally, your collaboration with cross-functional leaders will support broader campus initiatives such as sustainability and community engagement. The role requires not only operational expertise but also a strategic mindset focused on growth, innovation, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.
