We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager 5 to oversee the operations at Benaroya Hall in Seattle, WA. This leadership role holds significant responsibility for managing large-scale food service operations across one or more sites, ensuring outstanding quality, service, and adherence to compliance standards. The General Manager 5 will be instrumental in guiding teams to achieve operational excellence, driving financial performance through budgeting and forecasting, and building strong client relationships. This position emphasizes strategic initiatives that promote growth and enhance customer satisfaction, offering the opportunity to lead complex operations and influence long-term success.

In this role, the successful candidate will function as both a leader and an individual contributor, focusing on completing specialized technical tasks and projects that support the broader organizational objectives. While independence in task completion is key, collaboration with teams is also necessary to achieve operational goals. Eligible for Sodexo’s incentive plan, this role offers a competitive salary range of $120,190 to $155,540 per year, with variable compensation opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years of management experience
  • Four to five years of related food service operational experience
