The role of General Manager 5 - Food at Sodexo’s Christiana - Wilmington location in Wilmington, DE, presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead food service operations within a busy healthcare setting. Wilmington Hospital, a 300-bed facility within the ChristianaCare System, serves as a critical component of one of the nation’s most dynamic healthcare organizations. ChristianaCare encompasses three hospitals with over 1,200 beds altogether and offers extensive outpatient services throughout northern Delaware and nearby areas. This environment is centered on improving health outcomes, increasing accessibility to high-quality care, and making healthcare more affordable.
As the General Manager 5 - Food, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the food service team, managing both salaried managers and frontline associates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
