Job Requirements

bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
minimum 5 years management experience
minimum 5 years functional experience in food and nutrition leadership in a healthcare environment
previous supervisory experience
experience managing in an union environment
strong leadership skills
ability to work collaboratively
outstanding client relationship skills
strong financial acumen
ability to manage multiple priorities
professional communication skills
passion for high level of customer service
ability to prioritize tasks
flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
proficient in computer skills and report management
