This General Manager position offers a competitive starting salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, with the added benefit of performance-based bonus rewards. The role is designed for an energetic and motivational leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and customer experiences. The position involves managing real work/life hours with most locations open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm and does not include drive-thru services, ensuring a focus on quality and customer interaction. General Managers and Assistant Managers are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave immediately upon hire, reflecting the company's commitment to work-life balance.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations with financial responsibilities
