The role of General Manager for K12 Food Service operations at Geary County Schools under Sodexo School Services is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the district's food service program. This includes managing daily operations, supply chain and inventory management, menu development adhering to USDA National School Lunch Program (NSLP) standards, employee recruitment, training, and engagement, as well as full financial oversight including budgeting and cost controls. The General Manager serves as a key liaison between Sodexo and the Geary County Schools administration, fostering strong relationships with staff, parents, students, and the wider community to ensure food services meet and exceed expectations.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
