As the General Manager 4, the individual will serve as the number one leader on site, bearing full operational responsibility and acting as the primary client liaison. The General Manager will lead a talented culinary and management team, comprised of three salaried leaders and eight hourly employees, fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.
Key duties include providing strategic direction over day-to-day food service and catering operations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing financial and budgetary responsibilities to meet targets, and ensuring compliance with Sodexo's stringent standards for food safety and quality. The role requires a hands-on leadership approach, emphasizing coaching and developing the team to achieve operational excellence.
Working hours are predominantly Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 4 pm, with occasional evenings and very rare weekends, offering a balanced schedule for this demanding yet rewarding position.
