Job Duties
- provide overall leadership and strategic direction for day-to-day foodservice and catering operations
- build and maintain a strong, trusted client relationship at a high-profile site
- own full financial/budget management, ensuring financial targets are met
- lead, coach, and develop a management team of 3 salaried leaders
- oversee and engage a team of 8 hourly employees, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture
- drive exceptional catering execution, from daily meetings to high-impact special events
- ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety, and quality expectations
