As a General Manager at Sodexo, you will take on a pivotal leadership role for a significant Corporate Service Account headquarters located in the Manhattan Beach, CA area. This role involves managing extensive food and catering operations, including two full-service cafés, coffee service, and a micro-market on-site. Your responsibility will extend beyond daily operational oversight to building a robust catering program tailored to support a variety of onsite meetings, events, and client needs. You will lead a dynamic team composed of 25 associates and culinary managers, driving excellence in service quality and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, demonstrating expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial stewardship to ensure cost control and fiscal responsibility across all service areas. Your ability to mentor and develop a diverse team will foster a culture of continuous growth and operational excellence.
