This role is for a General Manager 4 (Food) to lead all culinary operations at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. Wesley Long Hospital is a 175-bed acute-care facility and an integral part of the Cone Health network. The hospital specializes in oncology, orthopedics, and bariatric care, featuring private rooms and hosting the Cone Health Cancer Center. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage high-quality food service within a healthcare environment focused on patient well-being and satisfaction.
The General Manager 4 will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service delivery. This leadership position requires strategic planning capabilities and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
