  • five years management experience
  • five years functional experience
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • strong leadership skills
  • culinary production experience
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • flexibility to take on additional duties
  • proficiency in Sodexo Food Management Systems and Market Connections
  • computer proficiency
  • report management experience

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • five years functional experience
  • strong leadership skills
  • culinary production experience
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
  • professional communication skills
  • working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
  • proficient in computer skills and report management
