Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of management experience
- Five years of functional experience in food service
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong financial skills
- Proficiency in Sodexo's operational systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to foster teamwork and positive client relationships
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of management experience in food service operations
- Culinary production knowledge
- Strong foundation in safety and sanitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connection (MSC)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Collaborative and student-centered approach to service excellence
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations for resident dining, retail dining, catering, conference services, and the campus store
- Lead, train, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintain strong client and customer relationships and serve as the primary on-site partner
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet company and client goals
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
- Develop and execute strategic plans that support campus initiatives and enhance the student experience
- Support and expand summer conference operations from May through August
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
