Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager 4 to lead the food service operations at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. This full-time leadership role demands a strategic and hands-on manager who will oversee daily operations, enhance labor productivity, and ensure the highest levels of employee and patient satisfaction—key performance indicators for the client. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Sodexo standards while consistently delivering quality food service. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, experience in culinary production, and a solid background in safety and sanitation compliance. This role also requires proficiency in managing multiple priorities, effective communication skills, and a passion for superior customer service. The ability to work collaboratively and foster positive client and customer relationships is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Sodexo’s Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), along with computer proficiency and report management experience, will be critical to the role.
