Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 3 years management experience
- minimum of 4 years relevant experience in school nutrition programs
- ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
- strong financial acumen and P and L background
- experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction
- knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
- strong leadership, financial acumen, and effective system integration capabilities
- marketing and food-focused skill set to drive operational excellence
- ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
Job Qualifications

- minimum functional experience of 4 years in school nutrition programs
- strong leadership skills
- financial acumen including profit and loss experience
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of client contracts and compliance
