The General Manager 3 - Food Schools role at Sodexo is specifically designed to support potential new business engagements within the Salt Lake City area, overseeing food service operations across five K-12 schools that serve approximately 2600 students. This leadership position requires a balance of hands-on operational expertise and strategic management skills, ensuring that food service delivers not only high quality and compliance with Sodexo’s standards but also meets the unique nutritional needs and expectations of the school communities it serves. Given the nature of the work, a valid driver’s license is essential, as the General Manager will need to travel between multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess culinary production experience combined with a deep understanding of safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring all food services adhere to the highest quality and compliance standards.
