With a profound focus on delivering exceptional service across various sectors, Sodexo partners with educational institutions, corporations, healthcare providers, and public agencies to provide tailored, innovative services that drive performance and improve experiences. In the education sector, Sodexo plays a vital role in creating healthy, supportive environments that contribute to students' academic success and well-being. Their comprehensive approach combines nutritional expertise, operational excellence, and community engagement to ensure that every meal is nourishing, enjoyable, and aligned with the unique needs of each school community. Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Sodexo is currently seeking a General Manager 3 to lead the food services for a local school system. This position is essential in shaping and managing a vibrant, student-focused dining program that goes beyond just food delivery to create a positive atmosphere that supports learning and growth.

As the General Manager 3 at Sodexo, you will be the driving force behind the school's food service operations, responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the dining program. You will have the opportunity to influence the menu strategy, ensuring offerings are both appealing and nutritious, while also cultivating a service culture centered on reliability, engagement, and excellence. Your leadership will directly impact the satisfaction of students, faculty, and staff, making the dining experience not only memorable but also a cornerstone of the school community. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and develop a team, foster strong client relationships, and spearhead innovative initiatives that promote long-term growth and operational success. The General Manager 3 will also collaborate closely with school administrators, nutrition experts, and other stakeholders to align services with the institution's goals and regulatory requirements.

Sodexo offers its employees a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care, wellness programs, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, as well as paid time off and company holidays. Additionally, the company supports career growth through opportunities like tuition reimbursement, enabling you to advance your professional journey. The compensation for this role is competitive and reflective of the candidate's education, experience, and skills. Joining Sodexo means becoming part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and fairness, ensuring that every employee feels respected and empowered to contribute their best. This is a unique chance to take a leadership role in a respected global organization committed to making a positive impact in the community and delivering top-tier service in school food programs.
