Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years functional experience in retail food or related operations

  • Strong leadership experience managing high-volume retail food, hospitality, healthcare, campus, or corporate dining operations with accountability for operational and financial outcomes
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen including experience with budgeting, P&L management, labor optimization, and driving profitable growth
  • A customer-centric mindset with a track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional service experiences
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead diverse teams, and successfully implement change initiatives
