The General Manager 3 - Food role at Sodexo represents a senior leadership opportunity within a complex, multi-unit foodservice environment. In this role, the General Manager 3 is responsible for leading all on-site foodservice operations, from daily service management to strategic planning for special events and initiatives. They will develop and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff, enhancing their skills and engagement to drive superior operational results. Financial oversight is a major component of the position, involving budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control to achieve target performance metrics. The incumbent must ensure strict compliance with all food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both guests and employees. Culinary excellence and menu innovation are priorities, aiming to elevate the guest experience across all service areas.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years functional experience in foodservice operations
  • Proven experience leading high-volume or multi-unit foodservice operations
  • Strong financial acumen including P&L management budgeting forecasting and cost control
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of food safety sanitation standards and regulatory compliance
