Within this dynamic environment, Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead the dining operations at their prestigious Colgate account located in Piscataway, New Jersey. This high-profile corporate dining role centers around managing a vibrant cafeteria that serves breakfast and lunch, alongside overseeing catering operations and office coffee services. As a General Manager 3, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of running a hub account, which comes with the advantage of having external financial support. This includes help with projections, flash reports, and budgeting, enabling you to focus primarily on leadership, team management, and delivering outstanding hospitality to clients and employees alike.

This full-time role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some evening hours and rare weekend shifts. This schedule emphasizes work-life balance, giving you time to recharge while maintaining an influential presence within the organization. The position offers competitive and equitable compensation, determined by candidates' education, experience, skills, and training.

As the General Manager 3, you will manage a dedicated team comprising one Executive Chef and twelve non-union hourly employees. Your leadership will inspire and drive your team towards excellence in service and operational efficiency. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent food quality, safety standards, and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage the unit’s budget and financial aspects to meet company goals and sustain profitable operations.
