Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years management experience
- Minimum three years functional experience in food services management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Attention to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday schedule
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership in employee engagement with a strong history of supervisory experience
- Extensive culinary experience with solid understanding of food safety and sanitation compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally
- Strong organizational skills with adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee daily operations, managing on-site team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Deliver exceptional food service experiences that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction
- Drive financial performance by meeting and exceeding company and client goals through strategic planning and operational efficiency
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, students, and school staff to foster trust and collaboration
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with Sodexo's mission and the needs of the school community
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates teams and supports professional growth
