The role of General Manager 3 - Food at Sodexo is a senior on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing all foodservice operations within a complex, multi-unit Sodexo account. The General Manager ensures operational excellence, exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and strong client partnerships. This role demands dynamic leadership in a fast-paced, structured environment, managing a diverse team that includes managers and frontline staff.
As a General Manager 3 - Food, you will lead the entire foodservice operation by setting and maintaining high standards of quality service and client satisfaction. You will manage financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control to ensure profitability. You will also ensure compliance with Sodexo's standards, food safety protocols, and all regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both employees and guests.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years functional experience in foodservice operations
- Proven experience leading high-volume or multi-unit foodservice operations
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Leadership skills that inspire, develop, and engage teams
- Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance
- Commitment to service excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experience
