Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years functional experience in foodservice operations
  • Proven experience leading high-volume or multi-unit foodservice operations
  • Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Leadership skills that inspire, develop, and engage teams
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Commitment to service excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experience

Job Duties

  • Lead all on-site foodservice operations ensuring high-quality service and strong client satisfaction
  • Manage and develop a team of managers and frontline staff to drive performance and engagement
  • Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive culinary excellence, menu innovation, and a positive guest experience across all service areas
  • Build strong client partnerships and lead planning for special events and key initiatives
