Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years functional experience in foodservice operations
- Proven experience leading high-volume or multi-unit foodservice operations
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Leadership skills that inspire, develop, and engage teams
- Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance
- Commitment to service excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experience

Job Duties

- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Drive culinary excellence, menu innovation, and a positive guest experience across all service areas
- Build strong client partnerships and lead planning for special events and key initiatives
