The position of General Manager 3 at Sodexo is a pivotal role based at the new Texas Behavioral Health Center within the UTSW Medical Center located in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time management role where the General Manager will spearhead the food service operations, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The role demands a strategic leader who can balance client relationship management, financial oversight, and staff development, enhancing both patient experience and business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality food service, achieving financial targets, and maintaining Sodexo standards.
