Job Duties

  • Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow
  • manage labor costs to meet company standards
  • train the management team and crew using current training systems
  • evaluate employee performance and design development plans to improve it
  • maintain harmonious working relationships with management team and crew
  • provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
  • assist with crew member duties as needed
  • conduct crew and management meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
  • maintain adequate supply of products and control inventory to meet food cost variance standards
  • maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
  • maintain building and equipment using proper operational and cleaning procedures
  • manage all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • ensure personal appearance and professionalism at all times
  • adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment
  • exhibit behaviors that demonstrate company vision and values
  • perform other management tasks as directed
