Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or higher education
- proven experience as a general manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to develop and implement operational plans
- experience with managing teams and staff development

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set the restaurant’s goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and collaborate with a team of Department Managers
- help set goals and follow up on progress with Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure the restaurant has the right leadership team for the future
