Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have previous management experience in a restaurant or related industry
- Demonstrate leadership capability and team-building skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high customer service and operational standards
- Ability to hire, train, and develop management staff
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience managing high-volume locations
- Experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve business goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must be 18 years or older to manage corporate-owned restaurants
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and mentor Department Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage daily restaurant operations effectively
