Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have previous management experience in a restaurant or related industry
  • Demonstrate leadership capability and team-building skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining high customer service and operational standards
  • Ability to hire, train, and develop management staff

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience managing high-volume locations
  • Experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set and achieve business goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must be 18 years or older to manage corporate-owned restaurants

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and mentor Department Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage daily restaurant operations effectively
