- able to work on feet for up to 13 hours at a time

Job Duties
- ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, employment, and safety standards
- enforce adherence to all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
- provide leadership to meet standards of guest service, quality, cleanliness, and company culture
- manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor cost, utilities, and driving sales growth
- coordinate and implement operational plans and company initiatives
- staff the restaurant with qualified and properly trained personnel
- continuously train and develop assistant and shift managers
- participate actively in local restaurant marketing and public safety foundation initiatives
- complete all required reports and legal documents accurately and on time
- maintain community awareness and participation to enhance sales and public relations
- represent Firehouse Subs professionally
- communicate any business-impacting issues to the GM/Owner
- maintain restaurant equipment and report malfunctions promptly
- perform additional duties as assigned by the Owner
