This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to recognize that this franchisee is a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA. Therefore, if hired, the franchisee will be your employer, making all decisions regarding hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
