This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not by McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to run the restaurant but operates as a separate company and employer. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA has no control over these aspects or the employment decisions related to this position.
Working as a General Manager at this McDonald's franchise means being a key leader responsible for running a profitable restaurant that consistently meets the critical McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. - must be 18 years or older
