Job Requirements

- Previous experience in management roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald6s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers
- Follow up on Department Managers6 progress
- Provide coaching and direction to improve Departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
