Job Description
LSH GRP, LLC is a dynamic and growth-oriented company that operates McDonald’s restaurants with a strong commitment to leadership, service, and hospitality. As an independent franchisee of the globally recognized McDonald’s brand, LSH GRP, LLC focuses on creating positive impacts on its employees, the community, and customer experience through daily dedication to its core values. This company offers excellent opportunities for professional career growth, particularly for self-motivated and friendly leaders who aspire to make meaningful contributions and build a successful career within the fast-food industry. Located in Texas, LSH GRP, LLC provides a supportive work environment where individuals can develop leadership skills and enjoy the benefits of working with a well-known brand.
The company is currently seeking a General Manager to lead one of its McDonald’s restaurants. This is a key leadership role responsible for cultivating a positive culture within the restaurant, driving business success, and ensuring that the standard McDonald’s customer expectations of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met. The General Manager acts as the culture ambassador and works closely with their leadership team to set goals, develop actionable plans, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results. This position involves managing the restaurant’s financial performance by controlling costs, increasing guest counts, and maintaining operational excellence.
The General Manager at LSH GRP holds the critical responsibility of building and leading a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers, who oversee various operational areas during all dayparts. Developing these leaders through coaching, mentoring, and continuous follow-up allows for enhanced team effectiveness and ultimately improved restaurant performance. Hiring, scheduling, and ongoing team development are essential elements of the role to ensure the restaurant is staffed with capable leaders prepared to meet future challenges. Leadership qualities like fostering a team environment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and embracing change are highly valued in this role.
Besides operational management, the General Manager is tasked with executing McDonald’s System Maps, analyzing profit and loss statements, managing labor effectively, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The role involves regular communication with supervisors and owners to report performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that align with the company’s goals. Participation in shift leader meetings, ensuring planned maintenance, and engaging with guest feedback are also pivotal to sustaining the high standards the brand demands.
LSH GRP, LLC supports its General Managers with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance employee well-being and career advancement. Benefits include quarterly bonus programs, paid vacation, educational assistance through Archways to Opportunity, and medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional perks such as service awards, employee resource connections, complimentary meals, and access to special McDonald’s events further contribute to a rewarding work environment. Understanding that this franchisee operates independently from McDonald’s USA, applicants are advised that employment decisions and privacy matters are managed internally by LSH GRP, LLC. This transparency and support create a professional and engaging atmosphere for anyone seeking to grow as a leader in the restaurant industry at McDonald’s.
