Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous management experience
- knowledge of restaurant operations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants or background in hospitality or retail
- leadership and team management skills
- ability to develop and coach managers
- strong communication skills
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality service and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers providing coaching and direction
- help Department Managers set and follow up on their goals
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee daily restaurant operations
- maintain customer satisfaction and operational excellence
