- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in hiring and developing staff
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Duties

- Improve restaurant departments through effective leadership
- Manage daily operations and staff schedules
