Job Duties

- develop and execute local store marketing plans to maximize sales potential
- implement new products and procedures in the restaurant
- manage expenses and meet budgeted financial targets
- maintain critical standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
- manage planned maintenance of equipment
- accurately project and control all profit and loss line items including food and labor
- measure customer satisfaction and execute improvement plans
- effectively schedule staff to cover all day parts
- maintain physical plant aspects including landscaping and building upkeep
- ensure execution of all security procedures
- recruit, select, develop, and retain crew, maintenance, and management personnel
- plan and conduct leadership team meetings
- complete and present performance appraisals timely
- enforce and educate team on policies, labor laws, security, and safety procedures
- model performance standards and work in unit-producing capacity as needed
- develop employee commitment plans to increase loyalty and satisfaction
- manage training and development of crew and shift management including interviewing applicants
- oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, team management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training
