  • Have previous general manager experience
  • Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial goals
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Lead and support Department Managers to achieve their goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve restaurant departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and execute restaurant strategies
  • Oversee daily operations and solve operational issues
