Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial goals
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and support Department Managers to achieve their goals
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve restaurant departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Collaborate with leadership to set and execute restaurant strategies
- Oversee daily operations and solve operational issues
