Job Description

This job opening is with an independent franchisee operating a restaurant under the McDonald's brand. Unlike McDonald's USA, which is the corporate parent company, this franchisee owns a license to utilize McDonald's logos, trademarks, and signature food products while maintaining complete autonomy over their employment practices. This means that the restaurant has its own management structure, hiring policies, scheduling, staffing, and employee discipline processes governed separately from McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
  • prior management experience in restaurant or related field
  • strong communication skills
  • commitment to quality and customer service
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • understanding of financial and operational goals

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience
  • experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail
  • leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • meet McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
