Unlike McDonald's USA, which is the corporate parent company, this franchisee owns a license to utilize McDonald's logos, trademarks, and signature food products while maintaining complete autonomy over their employment practices. This means that the restaurant has its own management structure, hiring policies, scheduling, staffing, and employee discipline processes governed separately from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee operates as a separate legal entity and employer, controlling day-to-day employment decisions at this location.
