Unlike McDonald's USA, which is the corporate parent company, this franchisee owns a license to utilize McDonald's logos, trademarks, and signature food products while maintaining complete autonomy over their employment practices. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
- prior management experience in restaurant or related field
- strong communication skills
- commitment to quality and customer service
- ability to work flexible hours
- understanding of financial and operational goals
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience
- experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail
- leadership skills
- ability to manage teams
- excellent organizational ability
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- meet McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers
