Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant experience including food production and guest service
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Oversee staffing and performance management
- Plan and make decisions about inventory, budget, and food costs
- Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance
