The General Manager (GM) position at Wendy's is a pivotal role responsible for leading a multi-talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding service every day. As a GM, you will oversee all people and operations within a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring that fresh food preparation and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront of all activities. The role involves managing Shift Managers and Crew Members by providing guidance, motivation, and training to improve each shift continually. Job Requirements

  • Minimum three to four years of experience leading people
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
  • Flexible work availability
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend and kneel
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to handle weather-related challenges at the workplace
  • Ability to wear a headset and operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers, and computers

Job Qualifications
