Job Requirements

  • Minimum three to four years of experience leading people
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
  • Flexible work availability
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend and kneel
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to handle weather-related challenges at the workplace
  • Ability to wear a headset and operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers, and computers

  • Give and receive direction effectively
  • Increase store sales and profit goals
  • Maintain compliance with food safety procedures and standards
