- Minimum three to four years of experience leading people
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
- Flexible work availability
- Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend and kneel
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle weather-related challenges at the workplace
- Ability to wear a headset and operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers, and computers
