The General Manager role at Ruiz McDonald's is a full-time, in-person position based in the St. Louis Metro Area, offering a competitive starting salary of $60,000, dependent on experience. Additionally, the compensation package includes a performance-based bonus with the potential of earning an additional 17% of your salary, making it a rewarding financial opportunity. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and manage the floor during peak hours
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers and Shift Leaders
  • Build a strong staffing pipeline that meets restaurant needs
  • Improve profitability through sales growth, labor management, and waste reduction
  • Deliver high standards in QSC, PM routines, and food safety
  • Execute new product rollouts and operational initiatives
  • Communicate clearly between owner/operator leadership and your team
  • Drive community involvement and local store marketing (if desired)
