This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products but operates as a distinct entity with its own employment practices. This means the franchisee independently manages all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- must have prior experience as a general manager
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours
- must meet age requirement of 18 years or older

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers
- monitor department progress and provide coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- optimize restaurant operations through strong team leadership
