Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all restaurant operations including food production, guest service, crew and manager work
  • plan and manage people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
  • train, coach and motivate team members
  • make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
  • ensure food safety standards are met according to McDonald’s guidelines
  • maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
  • oversee operational needs including maintenance to meet company standards
