Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous management experience
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple departments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to pursue continuous learning and development
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred, hospitality or retail experience acceptable
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve business goals
- Effective coaching and development skills
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and providing direction
- Improve restaurant performance by enhancing department operations
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
