Job Duties

- Plan and lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and staffing
- Implement performance management systems
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, and food ordering
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained
- Maintain high safety standards for guests and employees
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance and cleanliness
