Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Possess previous experience as a general manager or similar leadership role
- Have experience managing high-volume quick service restaurants preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
- Commitment to upholding McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in running high-volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and coach team members effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
