Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Possess previous experience as a general manager or similar leadership role
  • Have experience managing high-volume quick service restaurants preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Commitment to upholding McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in running high-volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and coach team members effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
