- minimum age of 18 years
- proven experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- leading and managing restaurant operations to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction
- setting restaurant goals and creating plans to meet them
- coaching and directing Department Managers to improve department performance
- hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- ensuring compliance with McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- monitoring daily operations and resolving issues promptly
- managing staffing schedules and maintaining a productive work environment
