Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • proven experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • willingness to lead and develop a diverse team

  • previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants or related hospitality or retail sectors
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • leading and managing restaurant operations to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction
  • setting restaurant goals and creating plans to meet them
  • coaching and directing Department Managers to improve department performance
  • hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
  • ensuring compliance with McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • monitoring daily operations and resolving issues promptly
  • managing staffing schedules and maintaining a productive work environment
