Responsibilities include leading the management team to achieve sales, employee, and operational goals, while balancing high-quality service delivery with effective financial management. The role demands the ability to stand and move for most of the shift, operate essential restaurant equipment, and adhere strictly to brand standards.
General Managers are expected to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of their training period to reinforce the company's commitment to food safety and quality.
