Job Requirements
- Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to close the store at least once per week
- Attend corporate business meetings and conferences including overnight stays and interstate travel
- Maintain valid identification for airline travel
- Frequent bending, pushing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and continuous walking during shifts
- Proficient with retail technology and scheduling tools
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience, Experience in financial management including driving sales and controlling expenses, Proven retail management skills including inventory monitoring and merchandising, Leadership experience in attracting and developing talent, Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices, Excellent written and verbal communication, Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed retail and service sales goals, Drive company profitability through operational excellence and expense control, Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets for scheduling and productivity, Address issues from financial and operational reports to achieve profitability, Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to enhance guest experience, Attract, hire and retain a diverse team of top talent, Lead training, coaching, and development of managers and associates
