Job Requirements

- Proven general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants or hospitality
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Capable of managing multiple departments and operational priorities
- Strong focus on customer service and quality standards
- Commitment to completing required leadership certifications
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
- Effective coaching and communication abilities
- Experience in hospitality or retail sector preferred
- Age 18 or older to qualify for manager roles in company-owned restaurants
- Certification upon completion of required training (e.g., Leading Great Restaurants Leadership)
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and providing direction
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Create and execute a restaurant plan to achieve sales and operational goals
- Monitor progress of departments and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health safety regulations
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and operational excellence
