Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Proven general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants or hospitality
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Capable of managing multiple departments and operational priorities
Strong focus on customer service and quality standards
Commitment to completing required leadership certifications
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

Previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
Effective coaching and communication abilities
Experience in hospitality or retail sector preferred
Age 18 or older to qualify for manager roles in company-owned restaurants
Certification upon completion of required training (e.g., Leading Great Restaurants Leadership)

Job Duties

Run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and providing direction
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
Create and execute a restaurant plan to achieve sales and operational goals
Monitor progress of departments and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies and health safety regulations
Maintain high customer satisfaction and operational excellence
