Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers to improve department performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor progress towards goals and provide direction
- ensure the restaurant has the right leadership team
- maintain high operational standards
