Job Description

Cloud Cannabis & Stash Ventures is a pioneering cannabis company devoted to building a successful vertically integrated cannabis business in the Midwest region. Our vision is to become one of the most knowledgeable and capable cannabis enterprises dominating the relatively untapped and rapidly growing Midwest market. We operate through several distinctive brands including High Minded, Timber Cannabis Co., and Cloud Cannabis Co., each committed to offering opportunities for growth, education, and personal development for our team members. We pride ourselves on cultivating an environment where employees can thrive, develop their expertise, and become the best versions of themselves. At Stash Ventures, we embody core values that go beyond business success — we aim to better ourselves and the communities where we live and operate.

Our core values include connecting authentically, caring deeply, inspiring others, and driving business with integrity. We emphasize adaptability, diversity, and inclusivity in our work culture to create an environment that is welcoming and easy to do business with. Education, inclusivity, and diversity are cornerstones not only for our employees but also for our customers. We have a genuine passion for our customers and their needs, consistently delivering reliable, efficient, honest, and high-standard products and services. Moreover, we actively give back to the communities that support us, ensuring our growth is responsible and meaningful.

The role of the General Manager within our organization is pivotal to our mission of excellence. The General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of our dispensary, ensuring unwavering compliance with local and state regulations, security protocols, and inventory management. A core responsibility lies in leading, inspiring, and mentoring the dispensary staff to deliver exceptional customer service experiences and a thorough understanding of medical cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption methods. The General Manager will set ambitious sales, service, and profitability targets, working closely with specialists in inventory and procurement to maintain an optimal supply of top-quality products.

This position requires strong leadership skills to fulfill staffing needs, coordinate effective schedules, and foster a highly positive work environment. Regular communication and coaching of staff are essential to uphold the dispensary's reputation for excellence within the community. The General Manager must be adept at analyzing operational documents, safety procedures, security measures, and regulations. Writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals will also be part of the daily activities.

Additionally, the General Manager will develop and manage operations plans and implement policies that optimize dispensary performance. Accuracy in documenting financial trends, inventory data, and customer behaviors is vital, alongside proficiency in managing sales and inventory software systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the cannabis industry and committed to making a meaningful impact in Michigan’s cannabis community. If you have the vision, leadership, and dedication needed to excel in this dynamic and rewarding role, we encourage you to join our team and help us shape the future of cannabis retail in the Midwest.
