The role of the General Manager within our organization is pivotal to our mission of excellence. The General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of our dispensary, ensuring unwavering compliance with local and state regulations, security protocols, and inventory management. A core responsibility lies in leading, inspiring, and mentoring the dispensary staff to deliver exceptional customer service experiences and a thorough understanding of medical cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption methods. The General Manager will set ambitious sales, service, and profitability targets, working closely with specialists in inventory and procurement to maintain an optimal supply of top-quality products.

This position requires strong leadership skills to fulfill staffing needs, coordinate effective schedules, and foster a highly positive work environment. Regular communication and coaching of staff are essential to uphold the dispensary's reputation for excellence within the community. The General Manager must be adept at analyzing operational documents, safety procedures, security measures, and regulations.
