The General Manager role at this restaurant is central to achieving operational excellence and financial profitability. This management position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day functions with a focus on delivering fast, high-quality sandwiches and superior customer service. The General Manager supervises a team that includes three Assistant Managers and approximately 25 to 30 employees, ensuring that all team members are coordinated, motivated, and performing to the highest standards.
A key responsibility in this role is to ensure seamless operations during shifts by maintaining a clean, organized environment and managing inventory to minimize loss from waste or theft effectively.
