The franchisee handles hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling without any involvement from McDonald’s USA. The General Manager will be accountable for maintaining McDonald’s critical standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness—standards that have made the brand synonymous with fast, reliable food service worldwide.

The General Manager will work collaboratively with a team of Department Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and leadership to empower these managers to achieve their departmental objectives.
